Overview of Current Approaches to Privacy.

Currently, the existing approaches to Internet security with regard to personal data and privacy vary from stiff regulation by government or a third party (arbiter) to self-regulation and the so called market-based approach. Each of those has its upside and downside, while none may be regarded as best. When reviewed, the key principles of Internet security may be defined to be used in Russia in practice.
