E-University Model As a Framework for Better Access to Higher Education

Chelyabinsk State University has set up an E-University environment for more access and quality education and retraining using the Internet. The E-University offers fully interactive lectures, seminars and lab work for student and faculty on-line networking in virtual classrooms irrespective of their location in the Urals Federal District.
