Andrei Kolsenikov-Director, ccTLD .RU

Being engaged in the Internet business since 1988, Andrei was among the groundbreakers who launched the first mass Internet service Russia-on-Line and TLD .RU. He contributed to design of the Okinawa Charter for the Global Information Society. He was the member of the ccTLD Council between 2005 and 2009.
