Tverdynin Mark, PhD, Director of the Russian Association of Electronic Communications, Chairman of the Board of the Regional Public Center for Internet Technologies

Graduate from the Moscow Engineering and Construction Institute, Mark also received his other MA=s from the Moscow State Humanitarian Institute and the Manhattan Institute of Business. Mark is Director of the Russian Association of Electronic Communications, Chairman of the Board of the Regional Public Center for Internet Technologies and a member of the Council on telecommunication under the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Mark is also associated with IITE UNESCO.
