Mikhail Yakushev

Mikhail Yakushev , Chairman of the Council of Coordination Centre for TLD .RU.

Graduate from the Department of Law of the Moscow Institute of International Relations, Mikhail led legal departments of a number of leading Russian telecom and IT companies. In 2004-06 he was Director of Legal Department of the RF Ministry for Telecommunications. He is a co-founder and member of the Council of the Institute of Development of Information Society. Since 2009 he is deputy chairman of the task force on trans-border Internet under the Council of Europe. Since 2010 he is a chairman of the Council of the Center of Political Studies.
